Company Profile

Gem Center USA Inc. is a family owned and operated business. We have been supplying the world with Mexican Geodes, Jaspers, Agates, Calcites, Cabochons, Minerals, and other Rough Lapidary Materilas since 1967. We own and operate the Las Choyas Mine located in the state of Chihuahua, Mexico. This mine is the source of the highest quality break open geodes in the world.
Our Guarantee

We guarantee all of our products to be of the specified quality. Specifically the hollow geodes are 95% hollow, guaranteed!
Our Terms

Payment with order. Shipments are usually sent by U.P.S. ground freight , via USPS or motor freight. There is a $3.50 per box and $15.00 per pallet handling fee. Any merchandise returned within 30 days is fully refundable otherwise it may qualify for exchange.  
Minimum wholesale order is $100.00 and resale certificate required if in Texas , Arizona and Colorado. All materials F.O.B., El Paso, Texas. Visa, Master Card, American Express and Discover are accepted.

Free shipping & handling over $249.00 orders applies within the 48 contiguous United States, this offer does not apply to Alaska, Hawaii, and other US Territories. Orders sent via free shipping usually take 3-8 business days to be delivered. Shipping & handling and taxes do not count toward the $249 free shipping offer. This offer is subject to adjustment due to returns, cancellations, or exchanges. Excludes previous purchases and applies to online orders and catalog orders only. Not valid with any other special offers. Shipping & handling still applies to orders outside the continental US. This offer may be modified or discontinued at any time without notice.  A 15% restocking fee may apply to any items returned. Lots of material must be returned in full and not selected and then returned.  Gem Center USA INC reserves the right to select the most suitable shipping method for each order, depending upon the destination and products purchased. This could include but no limited to shipping to the nearest trucking terminal where customers can pick up the merchandise.
Crystals and minerals offered by Gem Center USA are not all certified as 100% naturally occurring. Some materials could be color enhanced or treated in another way.  Please call to inquire about specific materials.  Keep in mind that our crystals are not certified by a gemologist since doing so would be cost prohibitive. We try our best to source our crystals and minerals from reputable miners and suppliers. Do not assume a material is 100% naturally occurring without confirming with one of our specialists.
