Shipping & Orders
1) How long does it take for my order to ship?
After the order is placed and authorized, it usually takes about 2-4 business days for the order to be packed and shipped. Orders will usually be sent via ground shipping.
2) Which shipping company is used to ship orders that qualify for free shipping?
Small to medium sized orders (orders up to 500-700 pounds) will usually ship via UPS Ground. Orders over 700 pounds tend to ship via motor or truck freight.
3) Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we do! For international orders, please email us at gemcenterusa@gmail.com with the following:
- Your full name, email address, and phone number
- Your complete shipping address
- The items you want to order — you can provide SKUs or simply send a screenshot of your cart
We recommend ordering over 300 pounds of material for the best shipping rates per pound. Once we receive your information, we will prepare a draft order with the shipping cost included and send it to you for approval. After you confirm and complete payment, we will process and ship your order.
4) What if a product is out of stock?
Some of our products may be out of stock from time to time. Please call us during normal business hours and we will check our actual inventory on hand. You can also email your request.

5) Are all of your crystals natural?
Most of our crystals are 100% naturally occurring. Any exceptions will be noted in the product description. We also have an in-house Registered Gemologist who is constantly checking gemstone authenticity.
6) Are your prices wholesale?
We use quantity-based wholesale pricing. In most cases, the single-unit option reflects a suggested retail price. Ordering the larger lot size gives you the wholesale price.
7) Do you give large volume discounts?
Yes! Online orders over $4,000 USD qualify for a 5% discount. This cannot be combined with other discounts.
8) Will you be getting material back in stock soon?
New shipments arrive at the warehouse approximately every two weeks.
Business & Policies
9) Do you drop ship?
Yes, we do. There is an order minimum of $80 for drop shipping. Please request the drop ship option in the special instructions box below the cart total.
10) Are you a family-owned business?
Yes! We are currently a third-generation family business. Our grandparents started the company in 1962.
11) Am I able to visit your location in El Paso, Texas for wholesale purchases?
Yes. We ask that you call or email ahead to schedule an appointment on normal weekdays, Monday through Friday, between 9:30 AM and 5:00 PM. We also require a valid resale license number and a completed resale certificate before shopping.
