FAQ

1) How long does it take for my order to ship?  

After the order is placed and authorized, it usually takes about 2-4 business days for the order to be packed and shipped. Orders will usually be sent via ground shipping.

 2) Which shipping company is used to ship orders that qualify for free shipping?

Small to medium sized orders (orders up to 500 - 700 pounds) will usually ship via UPS Ground. Orders over 700 pounds tend to ship via motor or truck freight.

 3) Do you ship internationally. 

Yes, we do! For international orders, please email us at gemcenterusa@gmail.com with the following:

  • Your full name, email address, and phone number

  • Your complete shipping address

  • The items you want to order — you can provide SKUs or simply send a screenshot of your cart

Once we receive your information, we will prepare a draft order with the shipping cost included and send it to you for approval. After you confirm and complete payment, we will process and ship your order.

 4) What if a product is out of stock? 

Some of our products will be out of stock from time to time. Please call us during normal business hours and we will double check the actual inventory on hand. You can also email the request. 

 5) Do you Drop Ship?

Yes we do however we have an order minimum of $100.  You would need to request the drop ship option in the special instructions box under the cart total.

 6) Are you a family owned business?

Yes we are currently a third generation family business. Our grandparents started the business in the 1962. 

 7) Are all of your crystals natural?

Most of our crystals are 100% naturally occurring. There are some exceptions and these stones will mention this in the description. We do have an in house Registered Gemologist that is constantly checking gemstone authenticity.  

 8) Will you be getting material back in stock soon?

New shipments come into the warehouse about every 2 weeks.

 9) Are your prices wholesale?

We use quantity based wholesale pricing.  In most cases the buy one option is more of a suggested retail price. As long as you order the larger lot size then you are getting the wholesale price.

 10) Do you give large volume discounts? 

Yes we do, online orders over $4,000 USD qualify for a 5% discount. Not to be combined with other discounts.

 11)  Am I able to visit your location in El Paso Texas for wholesale purchases?

Yes. However, we do ask that you call or email ahead to make an appointment on normal weekdays, Monday through Friday, between 9:30 am to 5:00 pm. We also request a valid resale license number be used to fill out a resale certificate before shopping.
